The staff was really friendly like, I didn't expect that at all! Plus, breakfast was included and it was substantial enough to keep us going all day. We also had a clean and neat room, but there wasn’t enough space for our bags with a family of five.

One of my friends left glasses behind and we were frustrated by the lack of response when we tried to reach out about it. It would have been nice to see better communication on their part.
